Conditions under which lunches are prepared and stored are essential to the quality of the meal. A high quality product will not only be happily consumed but also be attractive in appearance and contribute towards the erosion of any stigma attached to free school meals if the service is targeted purely to this market. Greater success will be gained in marketing a product with high street quality and appeal increasing take up of a nutritionally balanced meal which meets Government standards.
Products are prepared daily at our ISO 9001(2000) accredited Central Production Facility within a temperature controlled unit and packed into high street, deli style lunchbags, in accordance with the daily menus.
Lunch bags are delivered each morning, for daily deliveries, by our fleet of modern temperature controlled vehicles.
Early deliveries can be requested to accommodate school trips. Special "Awayday" menus are followed using products which do not spoil on long hot coach journeys and have minimum packaging to dispose of.
