At Cygnet Catering, we are proud of our reputation for offering high quality catering services to education contracts whichever style of service we offer.

Bespoke, innovative catering however, is truly evident in our fresh cook on site locations where we are able to demonstrate our flair for freshly prepared catering, tailored to meet the needs of the individual site. We work closely with our clients and students, seeking and taking account of all feedback to ensure that the menus we provide encourage maximum take up, are modern, nourishing and fully compliant with Government nutritional standards.

Sustainability features prominently within our cook on site services, utilising local labour and sourcing perishable products, such as fruit, vegetables and meat locally wherever possible.

Conserving the environment, and our client's utility bills, is also important to us and we undertake rigorous training and monitoring of our use of chemicals for cleaning and utilities for food production.
